Barbara A. Hannah, M.D., M.S. is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist and a private practice physician who believes that nothing is better than an educated and empowered health consumer. As a former high school and middle school educator, Dr. Bobbi as she is affectionately known to her patients, continues to carry on the tradition of educating her patients and the public. She is honored to speak on health related topics including diversity, equity and inclusion in the health care arena.
As a member of her hospital’s Diversity and Inclusion committee she is committed to raising awareness of the need for culturally sensitive patient care, increasing diversity in both undergraduate and graduate medical education and reducing maternal mortality among minority groups. She has practiced medicine internationally making her well versed on global health matters. She has spoken to groups both in the United States and abroad and this gives her insight into multiple health topics.
Dr. Hannah is the author of “A hot mess….tips, tricks, and truths about menopause and perimenopause” and is available to speak on managing the symptoms of menopause including great sex after menopause.
